Step 1: Vision & Design Planning

Step 2: Pre-Construction Planning

Before breaking ground, we finalize site logistics, secure permits, order materials, and establish timelines. You'll receive a detailed construction schedule and budget breakdown—no surprises later.

Step 3: Foundation & Framing

One of our owners launches your project on-site. Our crews pour foundations engineered for Oregon soil conditions, then frame your home with precision and attention to structural integrity. This phase establishes the quality of everything that follows.

Step 4: Systems & Interiors Installation
